On behalf of the Board of Directors at Western Maine Center for Children, I would like to thank everyone in the community for their outstanding support of our playground fundraising efforts in recent weeks.

I would also like to thank the many volunteers who donated their time in organizing and hosting these events and participating in the activities, as well as the many folks who donated items to sell at our yard sale. Your generosity is appreciated more than you know!

The installation of the playground at the community building in Carrabassett Valley was scheduled for July 24 to 25, and we could not have done it without your help!

We welcome you to come up and enjoy the new natural playscape, which will be located behind the library. We hope to see you there!
