Mahlon Libby (front, left to right), Jason Lamb, Korey Jacques, Adam Lyons, Andy Neal, Mike Egan (back) and Carl Albert were among the crew from Libby’s Tree Service of Stratton who worked on a trail reconstruction project on Bald Mt. in Rangeley which was recently completed for the Bureau of Parks and Lands. The project included building 43 water bars, many stepping stones and drains as well as two bridges. The Land for Maine’s Future Board and the Department of Conservation’s Recreational Trails Program funded the project. Bald Mt. is one of Rangeley’s most heavily used hiking trails.
