OQUOSSOC — Rangeley Region Guides’ and Sportsmen’s Association guest speaker Thursday, Feb. 16, will be Shirley Adams, a local Rangeley historian. She will be giving a slide presentation on “Booby Town: Rangeley’s Dark History.”
