NEW PORTLAND — The New Portland Democrats will hold a town caucus Sunday, Feb. 27, at 1 p.m., at the New Portland Fire Station Hall.

The caucus will elect members of the town committee, the county committee, and delegates to the Democratic State Convention. There will also be a 2012 Presidential preference vote.

The caucus is open to all registered New Portland Democrats, and to eligible voters who would like to register as Democrats but are not currently registered to vote in New Portland, or are not registered in a political party.

Enrollment at the caucus will take place between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
