Different author

In the May 16, 2012 issue of the Original Irregular, in the Irregular Letter, “Webster library calls for help,” on Page 4, the library has an almost-complete collection of Zane Grey hardcover book, not Louis L’Amour. The information was submitted incorrectly.

In that same issue of the Original Irregular, in the article, “Residents air concern over ‘slum and blight’ label,” beginning on Page 1, the second sentence of the John Goldfrank quote should have read: “We are a little town that’s been written up in Yankee and DownEast as quaint, historic and a gateway to Sugarloaf.” Two sentences were mistakenly combined.

Wrong height

Also in that issue, in the article, "Eustis cell tower debate brings forth special town meeting," beginning on Page 1, the original application called for a 150-foot tower. It's the existing tower that's 70 feet high. The information was reported incorrectly.

Festival date wrong

In The Rangeley Lakes Area 2012 Summertime Guide, in the article, “Berry Festivals,” on Page 17, The Strawberry Festival & Sale is July 12.
