Seventh grade patriots

In recognition of Flag Day, seventh grade social studies students at Phillips Elementary School created an abbreviated replica of America’s Stars and Stripes. Using a combination of red and blue Solo cups and plain white paper cups, they designed their flag in the link fence in front of the school. Pictured here (standing, left to right) are Genesis Mitchell, Emily O’Neil, Cayden Hinkley, Isabella Cain, Kaydence Dunn, Jaiden Bachelder, Wyatt Sieminski and Tanner Beedy (seated in front).
