Coplin Plantation Town Meeting set

COPLIN PLANTATION — Municipal elections and town meeting will take place Monday, March 26 at 6 p.m. in the Coplin Plantation Town Office, 5 Currie Street.

Voters will elect an assessor for a three-year term, now held by Ben DeFroscia, as well as a one-year vacancy. Elections will also be held for a three-year term for tax collector, currently held by Susan Howe; and three-year school board term, currently held by Donna Pelletier.

Also due for re-election is a three-year term for treasurer, currently held by Cecile Newell. Newell is not seeking re-election.

Nominations for these expiring terms will be taken from the floor during the annual town meeting.
