Members of the Cavs won their preliminary game in the districtwide MTA basketball development program for middle school athletes looking to get more game time and advance their skill development. The advancement to the championship game came with the buzzer-beating jumper by Cav guard Trevor Brackley to win the game. The Cavs made it to last Wednesday's championship game against the undefeated Heat team.
