Madrid Township man accused of sexually abusing girl

FARMINGTON — Police said a convicted sex offender from Madrid Township is accused of sexually abusing a girl under age 14. John A. Wilber, 61, was arrested on a charge of unlawful sexual contact, Franklin County Lt. David St. Laurent said Friday.
