WESTERN MOUNTAINS — Voters went to the polls Tuesday, Nov. 7 to help decide four issues listed on the Referendum Ballot. Question 1 concerned a York County Casino, which was clearly defeated at the state level by 83 percent of ballots cast opposed to the proposal.
